Catherine is very motivating and empowers me to be my best self. I am recovering from breast cancer and needed someone not just to support me with training, but in changing my overall lifestyle. She helps me with my fitness, my nutrition and mental wellbeing. We set goals each week that I can work towards. She has taught me that if you don’t put your health and wellbeing first then it’s hard to take care of everyone else. I love training with Catherine and would recommend her to anyone looking for a lifestyle change and a great trainer.

Catherine Neal is our personal trainer at Fitness First.
We’ve been getting personal workouts and health tips once a week for a year or so. We are a retired couple and we find that Catherine pushes us to work at a higher intensity. She is understanding of our injuries but at the same time can be encouraging tough when we need it.
We like to tease her about being our go to torture person but at the end of every Wednesday session always feel a sense of accomplishment when we have finished.
I have no hesitation in recommending Catherine for her knowledge and understanding health benefits of fitness.
